What The Personalized Song is
The Personalized Song (thepersonalizedsong.com) makes a song about one person from what you tell us: their name, who they are to you, and a few moments only you know. It opened in October 2026. You answer a short quiz, read the lyrics for free, hear a free 45-second preview of the real song, and pay $34.99 (plus sales tax or VAT where it applies) only if you want the full song, the MP3 and a private gift page.
We built it for people who want a personal gift without waiting a week or paying first and hoping for the best: birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Mother's Day, a thank-you, a memorial.
How your song is made with AI
We use AI and we say so: on the home page, in our terms and on the gift page itself. No human musician performs your song.
- The lyrics: a language model writes the lyrics from your answers: the occasion, the style, the mood, the qualities you picked and your story. It is told to use your details, to put the name in the chorus and in a verse, and to spell the name exactly as you typed it.
- You check them: every line built from one of your details is highlighted, and a detail that did not make it in is flagged. You can edit any line or ask for up to three rewrites before any music is made.
- The music: an AI music model composes the song in the style you chose and sings the lyrics. If you told us how the name sounds (Siobhan as "Shiv-awn"), the singer gets that spelling, while the lyrics and the gift page keep the name as you wrote it.
- The name, checked: when the preview is ready we ask whether we said the name right. If not, tell us how it should sound and we remake it free, before you pay.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise you hear your song before you pay, and that if you don't love it we remake it free within 7 days of buying it, or refund you in full. We don't show reviews we didn't get, crossed-out prices, countdown timers or media logos. We are new, so there are no reviews yet; the sample songs on the home page and the birthday song page are real outputs of the same process your song goes through.
Your answers are used only to write and make your song. The song's page is a private link that is not listed or indexed anywhere, and you can ask us to delete your song, your answers and your email at any time. The details are in our privacy policy and terms of service.
Payments and pricing
Payment runs through Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. Link, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, so the charge shows as LINK.COM. We never see your card.
